We inspired and honored by the friendship spirit and the sound of highlander’s music. The ACS Alumni are competitive Grade 4 pipe band based in Ipoh, Perak. We have been dedicated to the study and performance of Scottish bagpipe music since 2012.
We are always available to play for your special event. We have a lot of experience with weddings, galas, and parades. We can offer any combination of musicians ranging from a solo piper to full band.
ABOUT
AAPD or also known as the ACS Alumni Pipes and Drums, founded in 2012. And unique, the band is the only pipe band (Bagpipers) in Ipoh, Perak. AAPD has successfully train more than 20 members up to this day and has performed many shows in Malaysia and Asia. Besides, the band has also participate actively in activities internationally.
Since the band formed, the band has competed in numerous pipe band and solo competition in Malaysia and around Asia. Being a fairly well known group of performers in a short period of time, the band has establishes themselves to be a group of musicians that display their unique skills and professionalism.
